Hipmobile, a leading game service provider and a subsidiary of YTL e-Solutions, has signed a partnership with Terraplay Systems to provide multiplayer mobile gaming in Malaysia. YTL Power International Berhad (YTLPI) has announced that it has completed the acquisition of a 35% shareholding and certain loan stock interests in PT Jawa Power. The proposed acquisition by YTL Cement Berhad of Perak-Hanjoong Simen Sdn Bhd from Danaharta Managers Sdn Bhd of l09,658,000 shares of RM1.00 each representing 32.74% for a cash consideration of RM109,658,000, and the mandatory general offer in accordance with the Malaysian code on take-overs and mergers, 1998 for 117,742,000 ordinary shares of the remaining 35.16% of paid-up share capital not already held by YTL Cement upon completion of the proposed acquisitions has been approved by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry.
