It is no surprise that the most affected IPPs are those with high exposure to coal generation, including China Power, Huadian, Huaneng, CR Power and NTPC. Winners are those with smaller carbon footprint - PNOC EDC, YTL Power, First Gen, Tanjong and Tenaga.
