| 2. | Complete the Exercise Form, together with the remittance in RM for the full amount payable in the form of Banker’s Draft or Cashiers Order or Money Order or Postal Order drawn on a bank or post office in Malaysia or via internet bank transfer to the company bank account number stated in the form. |
| 3. | Each completed Exercise Form must be accompanied by the appropriate remittance and the relevant documents may be submitted By Post/By Hand to the registrar and transfer office stated below: |

| 1. | Login to the digital platform provider namely BoardRoom Smart Investor Portal (BSIP) at https://investor.boardroomlimited.com. |
| 2. | Register as a user. |
| 3. | Login with username and password. |
| 4. | Select “Corporate Action – Conversion” and click on “Enter” on “YTL CORPORATION BERHAD” from the table. |
| 5. | Select “Submit Exercise Form”. |
| 6. | Step 1 – Read and agree to the “Terms & Conditions” and “Declaration”. Thereafter, click “Next”. |
| 7. | Step 2 – Complete the e-Exercise Form. |
| 8. | Step 3 – Pay Service Charge – Review the payment summary information and click on “Confirm & Proceed to Pay” to proceed with submission. |
