YTL Construction
YTL Construction is the foundation on which the YTL Group was built. Since 1955, YTL has been in the business of nation building and is now an integrated infrastructure group with a global presence in 33 countries. Originally known as Syarikat Pembenaan Yeoh Tiong Lay (SPYTL), YTL Construction is today a full-spectrum construction group, offering services from concept and design through to building and fit out.

We have a strong spirit of moral responsibility, ensuring the continued success and sustainability of our clients and partners, their businesses and brands. Projects like the Express Rail Link that was built between KL City Centre to KLIA with a total journey time of 28 minutes, D7 Sentul which is a 112-unit boutique office, and Fennel & Capers — high-end condominiums at the heart of Sentul East — are among the highlights of YTL Construction.
YTL Construction proudly served as the main local subcontractor for the nation’s biggest railway track project — the Electrified Double Track Gemas–Johor Bahru Rail Project (EDTPGJB). Undertaken under the Malaysian Ministry of Transport, the EDTPGJB complements the existing Electrified Train Service (ETS) running from Padang Besar in the north of Peninsular Malaysia to Gemas. The completed project runs from Gemas through four main districts in Johor — Segamat, Kluang, Kulai, and Johor Bahru — ending at JB Sentral.
