Wessex Water Limited
YTLPI owns a 100% stake in Wessex Water, one of the most efficient water and sewerage operators in the UK. Wessex Water is a utility concession in perpetuity. This significant acquisition represents YTL’s first major foray into Europe, and marks the beginning of another exciting chapter in the growth and development of the YTL Group.
Wessex Water is also a three-time winner of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development.

YTL PowerSeraya Pte Ltd
YTLPI owns a 100% interest inĀ YTL PowerSeraya, the second largest power generation company in Singapore in terms of installed capacity, with a total licensed capacity of 3,100 MW. PowerSeraya operates under a 30-year licence granted by the Energy Market Authority of Singapore. It also operates its B2C brand, Geneco.

YTL Communications Sdn Bhd
The Yes journey began in 2010. Since then, YTL Communications has kept pushing the boundaries of innovation in communications technology and began offering 5G services to customers in 2021.

Ryt Bank
In April 2022, the YTL Power Group in consortium with Sea Limited was awarded a digital banking licence by Bank Negara Malaysia. Operating as Ryt Bank, the Ministry of Finance issued the digital banking licence to YTL Digital Bank Berhad with effect from 20 December 2024. Ryt Bank was launched on 26 August 2025.
